Led by Annalise Robertson

Annalise Robertson is a Sydney-based lawyer and company director who founded Reservoir Legal in 2020. She advises international groups establishing and operating in Australia, and Australian businesses expanding overseas.

Her governance experience spans insurance, financial services and technology. She was Corporate Counsel and Company Secretary for the Australian entities of Munich Re, the German-headquartered global reinsurer, and Head of Legal of an ASX-listed technology group and company secretary to its Australian subsidiaries. She has also acted as company secretary for financial services companies regulated by ASIC and APRA.

She sits on the boards of Australian subsidiaries of international groups as a non-executive and resident director, and in some appointments also acts as company secretary and public officer. Her current boards span technology, consumer products, professional services and international trade.
