We use your information to respond to your enquiry, provide our services, carry out the identity checks the law requires of us, and meet our legal and professional obligations. We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.
Identity checks
If you engage us, we collect identification information and documents about you and, where relevant, the company, its beneficial owners and the people who act on its behalf, so that we can meet our obligations under the Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing Act 2006 (Cth). This may include verifying identity and screening names against sanctions and politically exposed person lists, including through third-party verification providers. We may be required to report information to AUSTRAC, and we keep these records for as long as that Act requires.
Automated decisions
We do not make decisions that significantly affect you solely by using computer programs. Where identity verification or screening tools are used, the results are reviewed by us before any decision is made.

This website does not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers. Its fonts and images are served from our own website host.

Enquiries sent through our contact form are delivered to us by a third-party form service, Web3Forms.
